Integrity’s Revenge Uganda – One Week Away

Integrity’s Revenge has touched overseas! Chris Pace, a former coach at CrossFit Integrity along with a group of Special Forces soldiers are going to compete in their own Integrity’s Revenge in Uganda, Africa the weekend of 13-14 October. Approximately 10 active duty military members who are deployed to Uganda for 6 months are hosting their own competition, completing the same workout of Integrity’s Revenge. Chris, who helped coordinate Integrity’s Revenge last year was supposed to be here this year until he received his short notice deployment. From all of us competing this weekend in Charleston, we appreciate your service and wish you the best of luck during your competition. 3…2…1…GO!
