For WOD 4 (All Team Divisions) — Team Rx Women need to be ready to go by 8:00am.

For Qualifier WOD — Individual Rx-Older Men need to be ready to go at 8:00am.

Heat 1 of both WODs will be kicked off together.  Let the fun continue!

Detailed Heat Schedule for Sunday (Scaled Team WOD 4, Qualifier and Final)

The Qualifier WOD for Rx Divisions will begin at 0800 (see schedule, link below).  This WOD is WOD 1, but with a 9 minute time cap instead of a 10 minute time cap for all divisions  This WOD will be weighted, the multiplier is TBA.

All Scaled Teams will complete WOD 4 beginning at 0830 (see schedule, link below).

The Final WOD/Announcement Briefing will be from 10:50am to 11:10am. (see schedule, link below).  The results of this WOD will be weighted, the multiplier is TBA.

Spectator Information

The event workouts will run on the following days/hours:
Friday, October 18…. 5:00pm-9:30pm
Saturday, October 19…. 8:00am-8:00pm
Sunday, October 20…. 8:00am-2:30pm

Spectator Pass Info:
1-Day Pass — $5.00
3-Day (weekend) Pass — $10.00
**Children under 12 years old are FREE!**

May leave and return throughout the day with showing your bracelet at the gate.  All passes can be purchased at the door.  Cash Only.  There is an ATM just inside the stadium.

IMPORTANT!.. Read All!

All heats will stay the same for WODs 1, 2, 2.5, 3 and 4. Heats be re-racked for Qualifying and Final WODs on Sunday.

-review and study this schedule
–know what heat you are in
–reference: 2013 Integrity’s Revenge Competitor List/Heat Assignments.xls
-know your heat times for each WOD
-athletes MUST check in at the WOD check-in/staging/on-deck area at least ONE heat prior to each WOD (TWO heats prior for WOD #2)
-be prepared to enter the WOD area when the current heat finishes
-if you are late for or miss your heat, you will get a zero score for that WOD
-be ready to go!

-Time Cap: 10 minutes Individual, 10 minutes Team
-4 minutes between heats for athletes to transition out and in of WOD area

WOD 2
-Time Cap: 6 minutes Individual, 8 minutes Team
-4 minutes between heats for athletes to transition out and in of WOD area

WOD 2.5
-Time Cap: 8 minutes Individual, 10 minutes Team
-4 minutes between heats for athletes to transition out and in of WOD area

WOD 3
